Amanda's Brother wrote this Poem In Memory Of His Sister Who Was Sadly taken From Us..
Of all the words of tongue and pen, The saddest are, "It might have been," More sad are these we daily see: "It is, but hadn't ought to be."
......we miss u more then u could know we miss your lovely smile, the way you used to make us laugh and make everything worth while. we often sit and wonder why we did not say goodbye, to say the things we needed to the day you learnt to fly we know you're always with us although we are apart but Mandy we all love you ~ Forever in our hearts.....
She O.D And She had a heart attack Tuesday afternoon and went without breathing for a span of 20 minutes. The ambulance resuscitated her and brought her to Heritage hospital where they were able to keep her fighting with the aid of an array of medications. She coded twice Tuesday evening after arriving at the hospital, in which they were successful in reviving her. They performed an EEG on her Wednesday morning to determine if there was any brain activity, with one to follow the following day to determine if any change had occurred; she coded again later this same day. Around three o’clock it was decided that if her heart were to stop again, that no efforts would be made to bring her back. At approximately 5 o’clock the intravenous medication that was being administered to her was brought to a close. Her heart monitor showed her heart growing weaker, and dimmer, and fainter as the medication in her system waned. She passed soon after with the majority of her family and friends in attendance.
She Was My Friend, My Family, Like One Of My Own Children And My Baby Sitter when My Son Was growing up... I will sadly Miss Her And She will Never ever Be Forgot For she will Always Live In Our Hearts.. I LOve you So Much Amanda!!!! Rest Now Hun

Oh my......what a tragedy and such a huge loss. She was a very beautiful young woman and so young......the poem was very beautiful and right from the heart....all of this just brings tears to my eyes....it's so devastating to lose a loved one......especially so unexpectedly like that.....words are just so inadequate at a time like this. All of you will be in my prayers.
