This is an update to the article I posted yesterday.
This afternoon I finished the spring planting after a stop to Home Depot, where I picked up 3 more coleus, 3 more impatiens and 2 merigold. I wanted to get all of this in the ground before the storms roll in tomorrow.
So here's the results of what I had left to get planted.

I have those empty pots sitting out so the rain will clean some of the residual dirt out of them before they get thrown out or stored (depending on what condition they're in). Several of them cracked in the freezing temps this past winter.

I added the two merigolds above. They did well here last year and now Phyllis can have her frog too, lol.
I'll post a new essay in a few weeks when the mulching is done, and all the plants start to grow and fill out a little.
