Fill a baby bottle with jelly beans, and have everyone try to guess how many- winner gets a small prize, mom gets the bottle & beans.
Baby word scramble- scramble up baby words (things like crib, baby bottle, baby carriage, nursery rhyme, etc), and have the guests try to figure them out.
Measure mom's belly- go from guest to guest with a skein of yarn, and have them cut a length that they think will fit around mom's belly.
Scoop up cotton balls- fill a bowl with cotton balls, and blindfold the guests. Give them a big spoon to try and scoop out as many of the cotton balls as they can- this one's hard, because it's hard to tell if you are hitting cotton balls or not.
Sift for safety pins- fill a bowl with rice, and assorted sizes of small safety pins. Using fingers and a blindfold, have the guests try to pull out as many safety pins as they can.
