I have been on a diet for about 3 weeks now. I feel better and my clothes are now starting to fall off. I have lost a total of 13 pounds. I am trying to loose 5 more pounds by the end of the week. I eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. I do exercises twice a day. I will keep you updated on how it goes!
