Last night's 44th annual American Country Music Awards was dominated by the trio of hot, young, talented blonds Carrie Underwood, Julianne Hough and Taylor Swift.
Carried Underwood took home the evening's top prize for Entertainer of the Year, beating out country music great Kenny Chesney. It must be noted though that for the second year in a row, the public voted on the award on Cbs.com and as we all know Idol winner Carrie Underwood has a very active online fan base.
Dancing with the Stars dancer turned country crooner Julianne Hough took home the Top New Female Artist award and again the award was based on online voting.
To round out the hot, young, blond hat-trick, Taylor Swift took home the Album of the Year award for her blockbuster sophomore album "Fearless" which has sold over 3 million copies since November. Swift performed "You're Not Sorry" off of the album and I've included the video below (she was great)
The only drama of the evening belonged to country music king Tim McGraw who was a no-show after cancelling his scheduled performance over an unknown dispute with ACM producers.

It was a good show, I was disappointed with George Strait when he looked mad after the Entertainer of the year award......
I didn't think Zac Brown Band won, I thought it went to someone else...I thought they were deserving though.
