During Thursday night's rehearsal, we were talking about how to update the business cards to include Craig, the drummer. Wolf suggested (tongue-in-cheek, of course) a 3D rendering Photoshopped into the old photo. This prompted me to say, "Ah, yes, this is our drummer, R. Daneel Olivaw."
Craig immediately followed this up by saying, "I must not harm the music, nor, through inaction, allow the music to come to harm."
From this, we formed the Three Laws of Robo-Musicianship*:
- A robo-musician may not harm the music, nor, through inaction, allow the music to come to harm.
- A robo-musician must follow the directives of the music, except in cases where this would conflict with the First Law.
- A robo-musician must protect its own hearing, except in cases where this could conflict with the First or Second Laws.

Its great to lay down some rules to make it better :)
EM JAY, Oh, of course. Or else he'll have to install Norton Utilities! :D
And I agree with you, true robo-musicianship is a long way off. Music made by real hands is the best music there is.
