Homemade Thin Mints

 

I'm dying to try the recipe I found here, but I need to get peppermint first. Have you ever made your own Girl Scout-like cookies before?

That does look good...guess what I just found in the pantry tonight? Thin Mints...the real thing...and some other kind, too. One of the girls bought them and forgot about them...hmmmmmmmmmm
