Crazy Hair Day!

Today was crazy hair day at school for our 3rd grader.  She had been asking me for weeks what we were going to do and I just kept saying I don't know.  This morning she reminded me because I had completely forget.  So, I made it up on the fly!  I told her to bring me some pony tail holders and some straws.  She looked at me like I was crazy!  I seperated her hair into several sections, braided a couple and put the rest in pony tails at different heights.  Then I stuck straws through the pony tails. 

Here is what it looked like:  

She said everyone commented her hair and she had the craziest hair of all!

LOL! That is great and fun! What a day for a 3rd grader. I'd think my kid was joking and be looking for reports if my child told me it was "Crazy hair day".

Thank you and Robyn, YES I DID! lol It made her really happy though. I know my neighbors were concerned though when they saw her waiting at the bus stop! LOL!
