Pony rides? Tight rope? Bouncer houses? Clowns? Adults dressed up as tigers and stuff? LOL
How about slushies, popcorn
It's a Gather glitch that has happened to me, too. I'm at a loss to explain it.
Set up 3 "Rings" using rope, lawn border tiles, or whatever, and place an attraction in each of the three rings, such as food in one, pony rides in another, and .....Its your party, go nuts!
But, of course most circuses have peanuts, popcorn, hot dogs..
Lions, elephants, jugglers, and so forth.

It turns out that we will need a "Clown Free Zone" as a number of children and young adults are afraid of clowns. I suspect they've all seen the movie "IT". That clown was one evil dude!
