Baking With Superman : Photo Essay

Did any of you know that not only can Superman fly and save the world, but he can also cook?

Well, apparently he can, because he stopped by this morning and helped me bake some chocolate chip cookies and a carrot cake.

He's quite the chef!

He flew in to the kitchen with an "I'll get you bad guys!" look.

I put him in a chef hat and apron so he wouldn't ruin his Superman suit. It is afterall dry clean only. ; )

His cape was so cool. I need one of my own.

He added all the ingredients, even an egg!

He's quite handy with the mixer too.

Just like any normal person he licked the beaters.

What cookie batter was left we ate!

After the cake and cookies were done it was time for Superman to run.

He grabbed some cookies and flew off to save the day!

I think he'll be back later in the day so we can bake some brownies and fudge. It's a baking day!!

lol too much FUN!! I love baking with my kids, it is always an experience. But I have never baked with Superman!! That must have been great :)

Wonderful photo essay Victoria....and don't look for the rain to let up anytime soon....you get it after us, and it's still dreary and rainy here today too. We've had more rain in the last 2 weeks than we've had in the last 6 mo.

I have an irrational hatred for Tyra Banks, so if I ever see a Gather article about her, I plan to avoid it at all costs. Think I'll refrain from underrating the poster, though.
