Tomorrow is Giaa's appointment to get spayed at the vet. I'm so happy it's finally being done. We called almost a full month ago, but this was the earliest time they could get her in. She's already gone into heat twice in that time! I didn't know it could happen so often, and I'm SOOOO glad we're getting this done.
Nick's not excited- he keeps saying she's going in to get petted and loved, and fed tasty treats all day. He hates seeing the kids or I in pain, and I think he's growing to be the same way in regards to the kittens.
I have to drop her off at 9am, so she'll go with me and the kids to drop them off at school, before I drop her off at the vet. I don't know if I get to pick her up tomorrow, or Wed morning yet. Poor kitty! No food after midnight, so she'll be in our room tonight, driving me nuts.
She has this thing where she chews on our blankets, while pawing at them. It goes on for 30 or 40 minutes at a time, all night. I've looked it up- it could be a comfort thing, it could be she was weaned too early, or it could be a symptom of feline diabetes. Ugh. I plan to mention it tomorrow.

Our cat messes with the covers when she lays with us, but only for a couple of minutes at a time. She just does it to get comfortable. One of our dogs could mess with the blankets for an hour or more if we let her, though!
