I was looking for a dish to use up some parsley and tabbouleh was suggested to go with the falafels I'd made. I ended up not making it, but still had some tabs up with information about it. According to Wikipedia, it's
Tabbouleh (Arabic: تبولة; also tabouleh or tabouli) is a Levantine Arab dish,[1] often used as part of a mezze. Its primary ingredients are bulgur, finely chopped parsley, mint, tomato, scallion, and other herbs with lemon juice, olive oil and various seasonings, generally including black pepper and sometimes cinnamon and allspice.
It just sounds like it'd be *really* strong, which could be good ... or overbearing. Any suggestions about how to make it or use it?
