Who's Getting Bail Out Money? Congress!

This article is rather interesting.  It seems some of the members of Congress are getting part of our bailout money as campaign contributions.  If that doesn't make you angry, I don't know what will!  Here we are all working our fannies off trying to support ourselves and the fat cats in Washington are helping themselves to the tax dollars Obama and his group has said were needed to help our economy but the only economy they seem to be helping is their own pocketbooks.  This is completely unacceptable and needs to stop!

It angers me, but what angers me more is the Grand Obstructionist Party is pointing fingers, excusing with silence its own complicity and offering nothing but its usual negatives. I used to be a Republican, but I am sick of their bashing behavior that reminds me of sick school bullies. I'll never vote for another republican until this sick behavior stops. I'm sick of it.

First of all, if what you say is true, its not right.
However, the link provided is nothing more than a blog, with no reliable sources to back up the blog (at least I didn't see one).
Can you give me a link to a news source, even if its a slanted news source, then we can make a decision that is based upon investigative reporting, whether it be true or not, I do not feel I can rely on a blog as being factual.

The treasurer for any congressional campaign should be smart enough to have seen this one coming. You are right, the money should be returned. It is not unusual though for congressional campaigns to accept money they may be a bit concerned about. They figure they can look like an ethics champion if it is questioned & they return it. Who knows, maybe no one will notice???Not in this case!!!
