THE COFFEE IS FRESH AND HOT  THE TEA IS COLD IN THE COOLER WITH THE SODAS AND WATER. HOT WATER AND ASSORTED TEAS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT ON THE COUNTER.

Time for another cup of coffee, Norma. So here I sit. It is gorgeous outside. I'm seriously thinking of walking around the corner. And it is a perfect day for yard work. So what are you up to today? How's Paint doing now? I guess the horse people have all left and Paint has her usual peace and quiet again. The pooches and I all slept in today because we stayed up too late last night, so now I will have to rush to look like I did anything today. Oh well. This will not get the garden planted. Our temps are still too cool to really plant yet, so there's a little time left. And they haven't called from work yet, so I guess today is off.

All right. See you later. Am going to run around Gather a touch and then get going. Hope you are having a good day.

Hi Norma! I took the day off so I could get my new car "street" legal. I just finished setting up the bluetooth in the car. I can now make and receive phone calls via the car instead of trying to drive and answer my cell phone.....which I don't do anyway......LOL! This way if one of the kids is trying to reach me, I can still answer while keeping focused on my driving.

Lynn, you can plant underground crops. Not to early for that. Better compost your flower garden to plant food. The ways prices are soaring. My Folgers went from $4 to $9, gasoline has risen 60 cents in a week. My cousin said smokes went up 65 cents a pack. Milk has went from $2 a gallon to almost $5. The same peas my Dad and I were growning and selling for $6 a bushel are now $60 a bushel. I didnt get many last year. But Ike got them. With no power for 3 weeks, everything in the freezer went out for animals or ants.

Elaine, That sounds great. LOL my cell is so old. But I understand it. The next up is like Donalds and he dont even understand anything but answer and hang up. I would love to have a blue tooth for him while driving. That would be great.

I have to admit Norma, I am head over heels in love with this car! I thought that with all the bells and whistles on it, I would have a difficult time getting use to it. After all, I am a pretty simple person. But you know what? Has not been difficult in the least! I was scared to death to try and sync my phone with the car, but it is easier to sync the phone to the car than it is to sync the phone to the computer!

It works! My son just about jumped out of the seat when I called my daughter using just my voice! LOL! I even had her call me back to make sure I could receive calls. My son is beside himself laughing at this funny car........LOL!

Now I am ready to finish my cup of coffee and take a wee bit of a nap.....LOL!

Hi Marianne, good to see you this morning.

Elaine, our cell has that device on Donalds cell, where he can say call home and it does. He just cannot remember how. LOL. I dont even try, I just answer the phone when it rings. His anyway, could be business or emergency, since we are all using the same cell service so it is free at all times, Weekends we call everyone else for free too.

Hi NOrma! Kind of a hum drum day today. I am having to take care of my sick (very flu-like) with Chloe!!! She can't hardly even keep water down. I hope it is just the 24 hour stuff. And then on top of it she wants me right there to do everything for her on top of her so I have just kind of dropped everything! Every once in a while I sneak out and get on the computer for a few minutes (more like a couple)! LOL

I meant she wants me to do everything for her on top of it all too...getting her a kleenex, helping her up to go to the bathroom, etc etc. When she is sick she really feels sorry for herself....poor thing!

Deb, I do hope that bug or virus Chloe has is short-lived and tomorrow returns to normal and you both can enjoy the rest of spring break. Whenever my daughter came down with a flu or anything I'd always feel so badly for her I'd want to cry. It would break my heart to see her suffer. And then she'd give it to me, whatever it was.

Mornin' Norma. It's raining here and the sky is so bleak it could bring me to tears, but the temp is warm. Guess I just have to accept staying inside at least for a while today. How about you? we'll have to see if the Happenstance cook can rustle up some grub..maybe put her in charge of the chuck wagon if we ever get all of us down there for the camp over..

The building is going slow but dry now. Nothing in it yet. Good dry place to camp. Still trying to get a bed in it so I can get me a place to sleep, away from animal dander. Chemicals etc; So I can paint this house and spray it. We painted the living room walls and ceiling and it nearly killed me. I just need a home away from home. I think you will like it.
Yes I do want all of you to come down and visit. That would be great .

Yes Sheila, Lynn has gotten the cooking fever. They all sound good. Glad she cooked that Brisket. It was sweet of Geranimo to take her out for St. Patty day, But $28 for two sandwiches is highway robbery. The Brisket probably didnt cost that much.

Look at this ! Ole Sheila showed up. What a surprise. And Norma, the brisket was on 7.00 something. We had sandwiches again last night. Quite a big difference on the cost. That restaurant seriously jumped their prices from the last time we were there. We sure won't be going back. Unless it is for a late night Mississippi Mud Pie. Now sometimes we like to get out and get a dessert. I didn't check the prices on that. We were too full to eat dessert. Definitely eating at home is always better.

Geronimo does think our sandwiches are way more delicious than the restaurant's. I think so too. So you really can do this at home.

And Norma, Mose is still working on the tiller. He thinks he might be able to try to start it this evening. He's hoping especially with rain in the forecast tomorrow. I wish we were close. I know Donald could have a few good pointers. Mose is pretty good at stuff like this though, so he will get it.

How big of a garden are you planning LYNN. You could go ahead and plant some of your vegetables, that you dont use a lot of in pots, with dirt, then compost and maybe some potting soil, Place in your glass room for sun to hit, or outside where they would be safe.
I thought about you , about two am this morning. When I do my best thinking. Concerning the onions.
