FibRestore to treat IBS and Diverticulitis -...

I thought asking all you wonderful people out there in Gatherland this question... I suffer from IBS and Diverticulitis (huge bummer) I have been referred to this product called FibRestore made by Reliv. Has anyone ever heard of this product or tried it?

I am so nervous to try anything new because who knows what my body's reaction might be. Of course the distributor has emailed me numerous "success stories" but I want to hear from real people who have nothing to gain but passing on their knowledge.

I want to try and live a normal life (whatever that is!). Hopefully, somebody out there has heard of this product or knows of somebody who has.

No I never heard of it. I suffer from IBS also and Activia helped me.

Carol, I will let you know if this works. I am leaning more towards than against. It is a product that you take in shake form so your body absorbs it. I was never one for meds so this is a more natural type approach and that is what appealed to me.

Do you know what is in it? If it is just a fiber thing you can probably just buy a store fiber and it would be cheaper.

Carol, it is in powder form that you mix into a shake, supposed to have the perfect amount of insoluble fiber and soluble fiber plus vitamins that your body needs.
