I love this recipe!

A great sauce is also included! My only change is that I would probably cook the sauce longer. I like that "cooked all day" flavor.

This gnocchi doesn't sound too gnucchi, especially smothered in tomato sause. I'd give it a try....with some buttered Italian bread.

If first tasted Gnocchi in a small Italian eatery on the east side of New York sometime in the early seventies. I became a devout folower of this wonderful potato pasta. I cannot wait to try your version

I can't find the potatoes in the recipe. Are there potatoes in this or is it the gnocchi looks like potatoes?
