Oh goodie... Booze at Six Flags...

I havent been to Six Flags in YEARS... Last time I went I went with my UIL Academics team, and got left... (wait for the next post, i'll explain..)

Anyways, What do you think of Six Flags selling beer? I just saw it on the news, and only one drink per ID (cant buy multiple) and have to drink it in a designated area, so at least they're being responsible about it. :) But do beer and topsy turvy things go together? lol.

I am for it, as long as things dont get out of hand. Maybe they'll have more security around. Lets see how it goes... :)

I think that its not likely to go as plan, as I think people are likely to sneak it with them while waiting in long lines for rides.

I don't think they should, Six Flags is suppose to be family oriented.

I guess in this economy, they have to do what they can to keep people coming in. I think beer and rides could be a dangerous combination (just for the beer in the stomach factor, ewww).

I dont think they should be able to drink there, if they want to drink go home or a bar.

i dont really think that is a good idea it is supposed to be a family place but that is just one persons opinion

Bad idea. I don't want drunks around my grand children. Drunks are disgusting. And Anglea A. said it best .... fast rides and drunks make for a lot of throwing up. Gross.

They said they did this because they were about to go bankrupt, and I dont want that... I do want to take my kids when they get old enough.

I don't think they should sell alcohol in a public place for families. I know I don't like being around it and I definitely wouldn't want kids to be around it.

I dont think they should sell it there. They take everything that is supposed to be for our kids and ruin it by involving booze.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I don't drink, but I don't have anything against anyone that does. They market amusement parks to families, so "hey Bobbie does your dad want a beer before you get on the roller coaster with him" seems out of place

I have no problem with alcohol but i dont want a bunch of barely legal drunks around my kids so I guess I wont be going back to Six Flags

I personally don't like the idea. I don't think a family place should sell alcohol.

We don't ever go to Six Flags anyway, though, so my opinion doesn't mean much.
It doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

I dont think anyplace with kids should sell alcohol. not chuckE cheses, not disneyland, not 6 flags
