Angela and her dance outfit...(photo essay)

I actually took these photos before Victoria posted her adorable photo essay of Haley in her dance outfit. I'm finally getting around to publishing them...and instead of just publishing a photo or two, I thought I would do it this way.

First, the ballet costume Angela is wearing is NOT one from this year. It's from 2 years ago, I think. Yes, it's too small for her. We know that....I was taking these photos, because I realized that this costume was probably the only one I didn't have her in for photos. I remember taking the photos, but I think that was about the time our computer crashed. Oh well...get a good laugh...Angela and I both did.

Before we got started, Angela wanted to show me that she can actually do a good backbend now.

We didn't put her hair up in the traditional ballet bun for these photos...too much work. And the sun was just starting to go down, so the motion shots aren't that great. (And yes, my back deck needs a good scrubbing..I was working on my plants)

Have to have one where she's sticking out her tongue (she's going to ~love~ this one).

Too close...way too close...

Had to get one 'jump', but our deck isn't big enough for the good jumps.

Angela likes to see the photo shoot shots that Rhetta posts of her daughter Rozi....this one is like some of the poses Rozi has.... I don't like it...makes her look short and chubby.

Of coarse you have to a wide eyed poutty face...that's a mock of the Tyra Banks show Top Model...

I think if our dance studio doesn't want or need this costume, then we're going to ship it off to Victoria so Haley has some dress up costumes....he,he,he.
