Just As Good the 3rd Time Around

Don't know if it is the 3rd, maybe the 4th time I have seen this show, it is getting better all the time!

My old friends John York, formerly of the Byrds and other bands, and Barry Maguire, Eve of Destruction and Hair fame among his many in his 73 years, accomplishments, played again last night at the Coffee Gallery in Alta Dena, CA.

After starting this last year, Trippin' With the Sixties has become a worldwide success. After touring through Europe and Australia/ New Zealand and various cities throughout the states, they returned to the original coffee house they premiered in and it is a wonderful experience.

So, if you go to Barry's site (www.barrymaguire.com) you will be able to see them when they come to your town. I would recommend it highly.

I videoed a few bits and peices of the show, I didn't get the classic hits of the Byrds, Dylan and Fred Neil, etc. but you know them well.  I will post them as individual videos, much like last weeks ones of Billy Vera and Lon Price playing at another restaurant here locally.
