Once I got it to do it, but my machine also had a low memory problem. The second I sent from a different machine and no problem.

No glitch, dial up is slowwwww, videos are big. Too big. Too much time wasted trying to watch them too. Put them on a flash stik, and load them from a friends house, or a library(??) (THAT computer will need the active X download too)

My dial up is just too slow for videos, to view and post them. and i'm happy to even see pictures!! I can upload pics though, but that's it. The one video I do have up I put up when one of my best friends had his laptop over with high speed internet on it (AT&T thing), but other than that, its hopeless for me as well. *sighs*

I cant wait for Verizon FIOS to be in my area!!

I can't afford wireless right now. To expensive for this po' woman, lol.
I do appreciate the comments so far. So far, that looks like it might be why. My computer was updated in December, so it's pretty fast with most stuff, just not this.

I used to be on dial-up and couldn't even view the videos. So sorry you're having trouble. The files for videos are just too big.

Thanks Bev, I do believe you're right. To bad you can't get dsl as cheap. ***Sigh*** I have to many bills and not enuf moola to spend on it

I am on dial up and it take's forever to view a video, so I guess it would do the same if I tryed to share one. =(

Kim,

Here are a few additional suggestions:

1) Try uploading the video to NO groups.

2) Edit the video on your computer to reduce it in length to only a few seconds (as a test). Publish it to "Just Me" and see if it uploads properly. If it does, keep increasing the length of the video until you run into problems again.

3) Try changing the video to another format .AVI, .MOV, etc.

Okay Kevin, I'll try it. I had been uploading it to just one group before, but i'll try the Just Me next time. Thanks for the advice and I will let you know~

I did what you said Kevin. It took longer. But, it loaded, processed and when I hit the submit button, Internet Explorer put a window up saying Operation Aborted and it was gone.

i had dial up and the whole thig was painfully frustrating!!!!! half the time, explorer kicked me out. i just got a great deal on cable internet for 20$/ month for a year......its gonna suck going back:)
