I loved the Ozzie & Harriet show and had a crush on Ricky ...
My uncle Stanley Farrar was an actor and I recall seeing him a couple of times as a doctor (he played lots of doctors) on "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet".
Ricky got his great pipes from both sides.
His mom, Harriet Hilliard was a pretty good canary, but his dad Oz had a great voice and feeling.
