While this pretty woman

 

~was single and young,

rather witty, very intelligent

~for truth sake;

 

and that might have been the reason

~that kept her admirers at bay,

her wisdom.~

I just posted a picture of myself in the Air Force at twenty, circa 1960. I commented that I was not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I grew into it.

I also managed to grow up to my wife. It took me almost forty-five years.
