How Can Obama turn a blind eye to the people who don't trust him,hundreds of thousands of people have signed petitions, filed complaints, and it seems the only way people really do get action is to travel hundreds of thousands of miles or find a way to make a criminal complaint against Obama.
I for one am sick of it all, and I truly think that this is only going to get worse, the Supreme court has the documents that Orly Taitz turned over to Chief Justice Robertson and the Justices are reviewing them.
What surprises me even more he got someone to file the complaint at the level of the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Ok, while I WISH that Obama would be forced to reveal his birth certificate, because it baffles me why he has both a CLB and a vaulted birth certificate that has been locked away--
Truthfully I think there is a lot going on, and there 'MAY' be some truth to briefs, and items getting to the Justices, if not hearings being completely deleted from the dockets at the Supreme Court. And while it may be that a case has no merit, if a case is on the docket for a hearing or for consideration to be heard, its not right that someone dismisses the case or deletes the case without authority....
Truthfully I don't think this issue is going to die down, people are going to just get used to seeing that someone else is going to challenge the birth.....
There are people who are willing to defy orders given if called up for Active Duty by Obama, because they don't believe he is a natural born citizen, and I think more and more will do so, granted they will be in the minority, but there will be a number of people who follow what 'they' think is right.
People who file complaints are often visited by his secret service, but left alone because there is no threat in the complaint.
Ok, so we have a stubborn person in office that refuses to release documents, and more than a dozen cases in various stages of the court, trying to still get him to release the one document that should have been released before the election.
Who will win the battles? Obama of course, not that is the way I would like it to turn out, I have resigned that Obama might very well be the person that God wants in office, I don't have to like him, I don't have to agree with him, all I have to do is trust God that He has things under control.

I truly appreciate your comment, there are some people I choose to delete upon sight of Avatar, they know who they are, and it doesn't matter to me if they want to comment, they know that I will likely never read what they have to say, nor will I allow their comments to stay on my posts, if they want to take the time to comment that's fine, but there are a small group of Gather members that we just have no respect for each other, and its better for the discussion and the community if I do not allow them on my posts.

Hawaii did at one time issue birth certificates to people who were born over seas. To my knowledge Obama has never produced a valid vaulted birth certificate, copy yes, image on a computer screen yes, but as far as an actual notorized, hard copy, birth certificate? Not to my knowledge.

Further I have requested/challenged any who assert that Obama is not qualified for President because of this issue to simple PROVE their case (as is required by a court of law) and produce his naturalization papers. A simple request, prove your case.
I'm not an Obama supporter, I'd like to see him out of office but beating this dead horse is just making the accuser look bad. They look like the liberals did in 2000 when they couldn't disenfranchise voters and swing that election their way.

People can file a lawsuit for just about any reason. It doesn't mean the suit has merit, just that it's filed.
I have a very hard time believing that McCain, Clinton or anyone else would not use this during the campaign to disqualify him if it had any legitimacy.
Add into that that anyone who's parent or grandparent is a US citizen is also considered a natural born (as opposed to naturalized) US citizen (law of the blood) and Obamas mother is a US citizen, which makes him a US citizen.
Some people (not directed at you, since you're commenting on something you read somewhere else) take the National Enquirer way too seriously.
