Just Sent Off My Contracts!

I just signed and mailed my first ever publishing contracts to The History Press!

Thanks to the seminars I attended last year at OmegaCon and the Writer's Conference, I was able to determine that it is pretty much a standard contract, with the expected rate of royalties and so forth. It is a good thing I knew what to expect, or I might have been thrown by some things, like the right to remainder and so forth. But as it is, it looks like a solid contract. I know my friends who have published with them have been happy and I like Allison, my editor.
