Good grief!

I just looked at my points - hadn't paid attention for a couple of days as I've just been going about my business and doing what I have time to do. Haven't posted much but I've done my comments for groups and been working returning comment for comment (although I'm about 2 days behind).

In two days time I've only earned a whopping 56 points!!! Before the upgrade I was consistently doing 75-100 per day.  Geez!!!

This week is very very busy for me all the way through next Monday so I guess I'll just keep doing what I can.  Kinda disappointing though.

Same thing happened to my husband. I've been having ups and downs. Yesterday was a really good points day. I brought in about 200. Today about 100... Sometimes I wonder if they select certain people, because Hubby had a really GOOD POINTS day last week where he brought in about 200, and I had a lousy day.

Sometimes I wonder if the points don't get "clogged" for a time, because sometimes mine will barely move, and after a day or so "Wham!" I have an inexplicable boat load.

However, it is possible that the elusive "point equation" changed during the upgrade. You never know!

I don't know, seems forever I have been waiting for mine to grow, don't check them often, but know they are growing slowly, but then I haven't been doing as much as I used to, due to family circumstances, hope all with swing the other way soon.

I have been trying to catch up on notifications and have posted several hundred comments since last Friday as well as a dozen new articles...I have a total of a 12 point increase since then. I'm seriously considering dropping out of Gather because it's really not worth my time and effort any more.

I had an awesome day on Sunday where I posted a ton and ended up with about 200 points. Since then it has seemed slower, but like someone else said, I'm having fun so it doesn't really matter.

I've found that leaving too many comments slows me down. I mostly concentrate on viewing.

points are strange...I didn't feel like I did much on her yesterday but still woke up to a 94 pt increase. Before joining helping hands and points nation and doing what I am doing with my own group I got around 50 a day.

My points have been slow moving this week, but I've been incredibly busy with cleaning out my basement, etc. The only reason I'm even on right now is because I'm waiting for my husband to get out of the shower so we can go buy some more storage tubs so we can finish up in the basement.
