My goal is to sleep 7 hours a night. Unfortunately, I tend to wake up after 3 or 4 hours and have trouble staying in bed. I'm working on it though. I feel a lot better after 7 hours than I do 4.
I get between six to eight hours a night during the week. On the weekends, I get eight or nine hours. Sometimes, I lay down for a nap in the afternoon for an hour or so.
Let's see. It's nearly 12:30am and my clock rings in... 5 hours and 20 mins. And I'm still not sleeping. Haha you figure how many hours I sleep... not nearly enough!
When I work several nights in a row, I only get about 5 hours of sleep during the day. If I am off, I get about 7-8 a night. Weird sleep habits of a night worker!
o k let me put it this way (i am not an armadillo) and i am on the computer between 16 -18 hours a day that leave me with 6 hours and a up to1 1/2 nap in the afternoon!
