An easy dinner and oh so yummy!
Marinate a skirt steak in a mixture of- low salt Soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, chopped garlic and a little cumin. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Saute mushrooms and onions in a little butter till browned and soft.

Buy any kind of rolls you like, I used Italian Bread and toasted it.
BBQ the meat till cooked to your liking. Broil if you don't have a BBQ. Slice the steak thin.

Put two thin slices of mozzarella on the bread and heat till melted. Top with the sliced steak then the mushrooms and onions. Serve with veggies or a side salad.

You can do this any way you like. Leave out the mushrooms and top with peppers and onions. Leave the mozzarella out or use different cheese. It is just a quick easy dinner and my husband loved it. It was inexpensive also. Two skirt steaks were only $5.95 and a large loaf of the Bread was $1.19. It was enough for 4 people. I used a half of onion and a 1/2 package of mushrooms that I had in the fridge.
