My future photographer, Stephy!

A few weeks ago, Dana W. held a contest here on Gather.  The prize was a High School Musical Digital Camera.  I decided to participate for a couple of reasons.  First, I thought it would be fun and could earn me some points!  Plus Stephy had been asking for a camera of her own because Chandler got one for Christmas.

I was thrilled to learn that I had won the contest and the great prize.  When it arrived in the mail, I let Stephy open the package.  It was in a Pampers box so at first she thought it was something for babies!  LOL!

When she opened the box and saw that it was a camera, you should have seen the look on her face!  She was SO excited!

She's been taking pictures every single day with her new camera!  It also comes with some fun and creative Disney software, she can put her photos into different Disney cartoons and scenes.  It's wonderful!

Very cute...and it's a great hobby for her. I got my first camera when I was 5 (a 110), but I'd been using a very old box style camera before that....
