Oh and the study is on people who consume more red meat than what is considered a serving allowance. You know the person who eats the whole T-bone not the one who eats their 3 ounce serving.
Then I realized I missed chicken and seafood.
So I added them.
I cannot imagine eating red meat ever again.
Still, people just do not get it.
But doctors have been saying for decades now not to eat much red meat and to eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables and salads, little processed food, which is why I have been doing so for decades.
I like to eat chicken mainly. But, a burger every now and then is not too bad.
Just eat in moderation.
gee let go
I went organic because I read somewhere that eating organic produce alone would spare a body 90% pesticides compared to eating the conventional produce.
Growth hormones, antibiotics and unclean meat that once held life is not appetizing at all to me.
May the LORD of lords the King of kings, The Creator of Heaven and Earth Bless you & your family and there family in a Mighty Way.
In the name of Jesus!!!
Rest easy
I can see the slimmer me--especially around the middle where I really needed it for health reasons.
Thanks for the info, Mary.
