Since we have mice as pets (we just had a litter of 20!) we would LOVE to see Despereaux! It looks so cute!

One appears to be a bit of a trick question as the NOVEL had one answer and the MOVIE had another. Both are options in this question. :)

I'm going to presume you want the movie answers, and not the book answers:

1- A: Ears
2- B: North (though, in the book, she was the Good Witch of the South)
3- B: Elton John
4- A: Africa
5- B: Ellen DeGeneres (she was perfect for Dory!!)

Our Favorite Family Film wold have to be Cars. It is one that our whole family can sit down and watch night after night and never get bored with! It is fun for the boys and girls - so it cannot be defined as a "Girl/Boy movie" that we sometimes have to choose from to keep things "fair". (At least in our house!) haha!

Selecting one favorite family film is difficult so I'm going to select our favorite from the group of films listed above. It has to be "Finding Nemo." Our family members still pull out quotes from the movie on a regular basis. Second would be, "Land Before Time." I can't count the number of times I watched this movie with my daughters. Alas, all of our copies are on VHS and we no longer have a working VHS player so I would love to have copies of these to watch with my grandson.

Right now our favorite family film is Madagascar 2 - Escape to Africa. My 3 year old and 16 month old watch it practically everyday and know the story backwards and forwards. There's just enough adult humor to keep it interesting for parents without completely taking over the film.

Oooooo Trivia that I can actually respond to!!

1) Despereaux has huge ears!
2) Glinda the Good Witch of the South
3) Elton John was one of the writers for the score of The Lion King
4)Curious George was technically found in Africa.
5)Ellen DeGeneres was the voice of Dory in Finding Nemo, but I swear it should have been me because I am a true Dory! "Why are you following me? Oh, you're just reading my response... uh huh sure! RUN!

Our family I guess doesn't really have a specific family favorite because we absolutely adore alllll movies! We do seem to flip flop some though. We'll be hooked on a certain movie for a while then hooked on another.

Our family even loves old classics that I'm sure some would think "huh what's that??" Like Mowgli's Brothers, or The White Seal.

I personally loves family movies, even just for myself... My current favorite quote is, "I have a big head and little arms..." Who can tell me what that is from? Nothing special but some brownie points hahaha.

We keep movies around for the Grandkids to view when they are home for summertime. They love them. We try to have movies that they do not have at home. We are a member of Family Feature Films and get all the movies as they are released. We never have to guess as to the content, language or nudity. We dont really have a favorite.

The favorite family movie right now in my house is Cars. My son loves it and my husband and I love to quote it. It's getting little ragged though after the 50,000 uses but we still love it.

My all time favorite movie is the Jungle Book and Robin Hood. I just love singing along to the songs.

I have so many favorite family films that it is really hard to pick just one. I loved the Herbie the Love Bug movies, Apple Dumpling Gang, any of the Disney animated classics. But, I'd probably have to say that either Beauty & The Beast or The Aristocats were my all-time favorites.

My personal favorite family film is Wizard of Oz and Mary Poppins but those are not my grandsons favorite family films! LOL

There are so many movies the boys love plus with three boys of different ages, they each like somewhat different movies but they do like to watch anything with dinosaurs (Land Before Time, Disney Dinosaurs etc), cars (such as Disney Cars) and robots.

We actually have two favorite family movies and watch them together every year on Christmas Eve. It's our tradition and wouldn't be the holiday without them. They are:

White Christmas starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney

and

National Lampoons Christmas Vaction starring Chevy Chase and Beverly De'Angelo.

Two more of our favorites are The Sound of Music and Stand By Me.

Well, the stuffed animals' favorite family film is "Winnie the Pooh," of course, but the entire family's favorite is "ET."
