This particular recipe is definitely NOT a health food. But if you are plagued with a snack attack with chocolate, this might fit the bill. At least, you will know how the calories will stack up if you indulge.
Chocolate and Nutter Butter Bites
Makes 4 servings (1 sandwich=1 serving)
5 minutes easy to prepare
8 1/4 oz. squares of bittersweet chocolate
4 tsp almond, cashew or pistachio butter
Top each cholate square with 1/2 tsp. a nut butter of your choice.

1 serving is 79 calories; 6 g fat (2 g sat, 1 g mono); 0 mg cholesterol; 9 g carbohydrate; 1 g protein; 1 g fiber; 12 mg sodium; 20 mg potassium.
