I especially take the B Complex. I usually have to write it down or I won't remember to take them. I can't take them at one time with all the other meds I take.

I have some deficiencies due to health conditions, so I mostly just take the ones that I have a hard time getting enough of through food. Otherwise, I eat an extremely healthy diet.

I'm not throwing out any of my supplements what may not work for some problems do work for others. I take vitamin C for my immune system and calcium with vitamin D for the circulation in my legs. They work marvelously for me, irregardless of what any doctor says. The proof is in the pudding. Medicine Man/Woman, I can arrive at my own conclusions, thank you.

Before you start "emptying" out your vitamin drawer and assuming you don't need a particular vitamin because some "expert" says so... I strongly advise you check out the reasons for the various vitamins and their effect on your body and health. Most people don't know what vitamins do "to" and "for" your body.

There is a lot of controversy among healthcare professionals about which vitamins are necessary and which are not. I prefer the advice of nutrition scientists rather than MDs for vitamin and other nutritional information.
