Results.

I was going to write this yesterday, however I got busy baking a cake, amongst other things, and didn't get to it until now.

I had gone to Curves in the morning, and gotten measured for weight, etc., and here is what my computer printout says.

I lost one pound,  7.52 total inches, and 1.90% of body fat.  So that means that all the excessiveness of the years when I was not taking very good care of myself is being corrected.  I have been working out three times a week, and on the days I didn't feel good for whatever reason, I would only do one time around and go back the next day.

I have  a dental appointment for the 31st, because my tooth broke, and I have to make one with my primary yet, but I will, now that  I found out I hve no copay at the doctor's office.

So next week I have jury duty, and I am having my fun, I will remember all of you.  Talk to y'all later.
