Another Weekend is almost Here!

I think I'll sleep in on Saturday, since we will be getting up early on Sunday to drive to an archery shoot for the day. We're taking one son and I think his girlfriend. She's hooked on the sport already and we've only taken her to 2, 3-D shoots. This shoot is about 2 hours away from home. Usually we like to camp there, but hubby works on Saturday so we can't this year. There are anywhere from 450 to 650 people that go to this shoot for 2 days. This one is in the mountains and we do a lot of walking up and down hills. It will be fun!

sleeping in....if only...'aah' lol.....archery sounds fun!! Have a wonderful weekend!! I can't wait till hubby doesn't have to work!! I always look forward to that!

Thanks! My boys are teenagers, so sleeping in is easy. Where my hubby works they've had a day off during the week so they can have more guys there on Saturdays for the winter. He can't wait until things pick up and go back to normal again. Then he only work a Saturday every 3 weeks or so. They are cutting down on overtime and all that so as long as he's got his job, it's okay.

I do wish we could go camping, but next weekend our club here is having a weekend shoot so we'll be camping there and helping run it all. It's a busy weekend, but fun and my boys can't wait for the big Saturday night potluck! They are both planning on bringing their girlfriends too. It's finally Spring here and we can camp again!

When my son was in scouts we did archery during a few activities. It looks much easier than what it is but it is fun.

Linda - I posted some pictures of us giving instruction to the boy scouts. We do at least one weekend each spring with them. We even get their parents into it too.
