I'm a worrier. I admit it. I worry about everything. The funny thing is that my husband is a worrier as well, but we worry about different stuff. It makes for some pretty interesting situations sometimes. He's always worrying about his job, my safety, and scenarios that will never happen. I, on the other hand, worry constantly about his mental health with all the worrying, and my weight and calories.
I know that in my head worrying is certainly not good for my health. I also believe that it's not honoring to God and shows that I absolutely don't trust Him. However, that doesn't seem to stop me from worrying. It seems that it's something that I just can't get a handle on. I wish I had one of those type B personalities where people seem to be able to just let things roll off their back.
What about you? Are you a Type A or Type B personality? Do you worry a lot? Have you found a way to control it?

HE is the ONE in control of All things.
Take care of the things you can and hope for the best with the things you can't do anything about.
But quit worrying.
My husband, on the other hand, drives me nuts because he doesn't worry about anything.
And like you I get hung up on Matthew 6 and the command to not worry. I just have to keep laying it back down and praying.
