A lot of you have asked me to share my art and photo's.  Thank you, but I cannot.  Some of you have even offered suggestions how too.  But, my computer will not let me download the Gather axtive x, it freezes up.  And, there  is no other way to do it.

So, forgive me, especially my "Art Passion" group.

what helped me was to get the download was to click on the tools menu of my browser and then click on the "manage add ons" and then on the "enable or diseble add ons" I disabled all of the add ons, rebooted, did the download and then enabled add-ons as I got error msgs later.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing difficulties.

If I did, and you are still having difficulty, there is a way to upload photos WITHOUT using Gather's new upload process.

Vista? Figures! I spent 6 months on every Vista message board I could find before I managed to get all the CRAPPY security permissions turned OFF so it would LET me do anything on mine!

Dear friends, thank you so much for your support, comments and help. I never had a problem with the xp, but this Vista windows is such a pain. I will contact Kevin, and see if that will work.
