Spring Is In The Air - Photo Essay - Birds

The temperatures were in the 50's today. There weren't any geese around, so I decided to see if I could find other birds in my yard. I found a variety of them to share with my gather friends.

This one almost blended in with the trees

I took this one from my back door. It is a good thing I have a zoom or I wouldn't have been able to get this shot.

I did a similar thing last week. I saw some Robins, Wrens, bluebird or similar, some kind of tiny bird, doves, crows, you name it. You took some wonderful pictures.

Linda my husband says they are crows. I wasn't exactly sure. Glad everyone is enjoying them. I can't wait to see the blue jays and cardinals, but they haven't come back to this area yet.

Lovely group of pictures you got. I love going out off and on during the day and looking at the birds. Don't know why, but there is something so peaceful about it. Hope you get some more photos of the birds as summer comes.

Beautiful, I feed my birds here everyday, I have at least 7 turtle doves (a baby one arrived flying finally), and three blue jays. I feel totally blessed each morning when they fly to me via a whistle. Points Nation

In the last few weeks, the birds have become very vocal. I was sitting on my patio this morning and it was like being in an aviary. So many different birds singing their songs. I love Spring!
