I tend to buy coupons on eBay or from The Coupon Master. This way I can pick and choose what I need and then I don't even need to do the cutting out. :)

Buy coupons? Doesn't that eat up the money you saved?

I think there are places where you can print coupons on line.

Try www.thecouponclippers.com or www.thecouponmaster.com I have never ordered from them but they aree supposed to be good. I have ordered from the lady at http://engenear1011.tripod.com/ and she is really good and really fast. Hope this helps.

I get mine from RMC or ebay. I have a few sellers on ebay who I especially like and if I do not see the coupon listed, I email them and ask for it. Whole inserts are also available on ebay.

If you do the cost breakdown, even payng up to 10 cents a coupon, if it doubles and saves you 1.20, it is well worth it.

Printing coupons from on line printing sites- beware of installing the "coupon printer". Many are spyware and slow down your computer. (I'm looking at you piggy bank in sunglasses!)

be cautious doing this. Technically selling coupons (and therefore buying them) is illegal and becomes a federal offense when they are passed through the mail. So please be sure you are only paying for their time to cut & sort the coupons!!! It's one of those gray areas... but ebay, taylortownpreview.com - try those

I have seen coupons on ebay as well there was also something called centsoff.com but that was back in the day Im not sure it they are still around , you could also try a coupon trading site sometime people will trade for postage stamps you send them a few stamps and they send you a stack of coupons . I use to do that to about 10 years ago .
