Update from court....

I made it to court early, come to find out I had to wait for the police officer to show up.  I was so nervous.  The police officer pulled me out be for the hearing.  He was actually pretty nice this time (when he pulled me over he was a jerk) but we went over my driving record which is completely clean (yay).  He asked me out before the hearing what I would want.. Well I decided to be honest and say, I would love to pay the fine with no points.  He looked at me and said that is not going to happen.  I am like okay, what is next??? He goes what about 5 over with 2 points, I am like that is okay.  Well he looked over my driving record one more time, he is like you are so clean, I know you are a mom to young ones, and I know you won't speed again.. I am like that is true, he is like okay I will change it to 5 over on the freeway, which is one point.  I am like SOLD... So we get  up to the judge, the officer goes to the podium, I stand back at the table.  He looks at me and smiles, and waves me up  by him, at this point the judge is trying very hard not to laugh... So the hearing goes to start, she is like raise your right hand... I had a total brain fart, and had to look at my hands to figure out which on did not have the wedding ring on... (nerves) so i get the right hand raised...  by now the judge,  is chuckling to herself.  She did good not to laugh out loud... so we through the hearing and she did scold me forr going too fast, she said next time someone is on my butt for me to pull off the road and let that  person get the ticket not me... She said she was letting me off this with agreement cause of the record.  Well i decide to take the one point and  run.. Well i go to pay the ticket, come to find out the fine dropped from 130 down to 100, and it was NO POINTS... I am so excited, I could not thank the police officer enough.. He said no problem just don't speed... so I am so excited that the fine dropped and I got no points...
