Do you ever feel like your mood shifts each day of the week? Have you ever kept a journal of your moods to notice any triggers or things that could put you in a better? Sure, we all have our bad days when everything’s going wrong and you feel very low. But how do you feel every day? By keeping track of your daily moods you can help figure out what triggers the bad ones and what puts you in a good mood!
We challenge you to post your Daily Mood Blog to the healthyliving.gather.com group. Share the things that keep you in a good mood. Tell everyone what works for you and maybe it will for them, too! In addition to posting your own blog, you're encouraged to read the blogs of fellow Gather members and to share your tips and support with them.
Here's how it works:
- Become a member of healthyliving.gather.com.
- Create a Daily Mood Blog each day between March 16th – 20th
- Title each blog with the following words “Daily Mood Blog – Day 1” (Change the number for each blog you post)
- Include one of the "Find Your Good Mood" (not the first one)images below in all of your blogs (click on the image in the thumbnail list below and “save as”)
- Post each blog to healthyliving.gather.com
- Make sure to tag each blog with “moodblog”
Gather will randomly select five members who posted a new blog each day to receive 250 Gather Points™. One member will receive a month’s supply of Nature Made SAM-e Complete to help you find your good mood.
Note: Winners will be announced in this article in the Healthy Living Group on Tuesday, March 25th.
