If you think about this, I am sharing only supper. If the average cost of a meal is $10 then that is $70 a week just for supper alone. So, my goal of only spending $50 a week, there is just no way that I could do it. I shouldn't say that. I think I can once I am able to get a freezer and stock up more on meats when there are great deals along with other stockpiling of good deals.

I'm also told to make breakfest and lunch lighter meals (like toast, oj and an egg, then pb and j for lunch) and then dinner your big meal, if you want to make that kind of total.
Good luck, have you seen that lots of stores now have meals under $10 on their websites? like Foodlion.com or martinsfoods.com?
Thanks for posting to debt busters!
