That expression on his face is when he looked behind the curtain after the trip down the yellow brick road and found out that the Wizard was the person who feeds OZ-BAMA'S - TELEPROMPTER!!!!!
I purposely left out a" NEW "BRAIN" as a gift from OZ-BAMA- I'm sure the oz is worried people might start using it.
