Homemade Lassana I Made

   I learned how to make this years ago in Florida. An Italian freind taught me an easy way. I do my best to let it stand for 20 minutes before serving.

Looks yummy, I have been cravig lasagnia but my husband is not allowed to eat any tomatoes untill his next medical testing. I have been missing all things Italian I have not been able to make spaghetti or anything since January. :(
