thanks Patricia - i've started to work with specific dimensions to get the fit i want on specific items. ...that said, this one i think will work better on the cards i have access to than the 12 x 12 canvas - altho now that you mention the canvas, that intrigues me too. ha. i may have to play with some of these on cards and take a closer look. thanks for the suggestions.

cool and thank you Aunt Boni - i really enjoy the creating part. sometimes i'm slow getting to the "applying to the item" - one or my weak points - this encouragement may be i better spend a little more time in that area. . .

aloha Mona - thank you - i like the vertical format too. recently i've started to use a square format because i may do a square format book of haiga. as a book i think it may be ok. as a stand alone i prefer the vertical format... erm... at the moment...
