Off on another adventure

We're taking off again.  No, not to a beautiful island or on a wonderful cruise.  Just going up North to visit the kids and grand children!  I haven't been back home since we moved here which was a year in December.  I did get to see my youngest when she visited us in August, but not the others.  We are leaving in the morning and I'll be back to Gather on Wednesday, I hope.

This beauty, Kyleigh,  is the youngest out of the seven, she just turned two in January.  They are 15 months apart;)   That's Kendra in the background.

Today I had all those last minute things to do, like clean up the house, finish up the odds and ends of wash and pack.  My neighbors will watch the kitties, so that means the house has to look decent.  It's a woman thing;)  I'll be staying with my youngest and DH will be staying at his oldest child's house and we'll meet up again Tuesday morning to head back to NJ and visit with his sister and catch the flight home. 

I'd like to say I'll catch up with commenting when I come back, but we all know that it is impossible to do this.  I've tried several times over the years and it just doesn't work.  I can only say that I'll visit as many homepages and take a look through posts and photos to see what I missed while I was gone.  I'm not taking my computer with me, I don't think the kids would appreciate it at all. 

I'll miss you all, but will be back before you know it.  I will update the monitoring of my group when I get back.
