I got the best early birthday present ever!!

I am pregnant and some of you probably remember my landlord/ mold issues... My birthday is next friday and I got the best gift ever!

We just found a home to buy! It's not a conventional purchase because of credit issues but we put our tax refund towards the down payment of a home and we will take the keys to our new place April 1st!

How is that for a birthday present?

Funny thing is I always wanted to be a home owner BEFORE I was a mother but I got pregnant before buying was possible. It looks like I'll have that home and even be all moved in to it before our little girl comes this summer. Yay!

Now we just need to get the stuff for her nursery bought and all that. Hopefully gather points will help us some because after putting every extra cent we have towards the home purchase we are tapped out!

I just wanted to share my happy, early birthday gift. I am so excited!
