When you take cell phone shots by hand in regular lighting, blurr problems are common. One idea is to turn them into "art" by a paining technique. Currently I have been using Microsoft Photo Editor's "Watercolor" effect because that had the most pleasing effect with slight degree of "motion blur" in cell phone shots. However, I have recently discovered an online editor called lunapic. So I took the same slightly blurry image and used the old way and the new way:
Microsoft Photo Editor: Watercolor Effect

This is Lunapic's Painted option (Which almost looks like a frosted glass option)

Which one do you think is more "artistic" or "artsy" or more "painting like"?
