He ran his fingers down the silken material. He wondered how it would feel against his skin; the deep burgundy color would look good with his raven hair and summer tan. He wished his hair was long like his fiancés; her hair brushed against her waist when she stood. Steve had great hair, thick and wavy, the kind of hair a woman would love to run her fingers through and many men had. Steve knew it would be fabulous if it was long but Mama would kill him. Mama called men with long hair, queers.
The burgundy shower curtain proved to be too much temptation, he had to change. As he took the curtains down and fashioned those over his large body a manic glee overtook him; he was always excited when he could display his feminine side. The curtains looked good, the ties made wonderful hair accessories. Steve was becoming Mrs. Peabody.
Mrs. Peabody was outrageous, loud and obnoxious. Steve was quiet and soft spoken but still Mrs. Peabody was necessary, though Steve didn't agree with most of what Mrs. Peabody said or did she let him be a woman. She let him be what he couldn't be in real life.
With one final glance in the mirror, it was time. Mrs. Peabody would open the door and take center stage. He grinned as he thought of the look of shock that would be on his friend's faces, some of them new friends.
With hand on hip and head held high, Mrs. Peabody sashayed into the room, every wiggle in place.

Hi Grems, I think this whole group is going to be a blast, now I just have to catch up with al the characters.
Because I read your second (possibily third) post first, my heart is torn for Steve's fiance'. I suspect she doesn't know Mrs. Peabody.
Welcome on board! Your entry was no less noticable than Mrs. Peabody's!
I am slowly catching up with all of the characters in this group. It's been interesting to say the least!
(not to mention a lot of work tracking them all down! ?)
