Howard County police said Tuesday they arrested an 18-year-old high school student and have charged him with raping a 15-year-old female student inside a private school in Laurel.
John Louis Rivers, Jr., of Hyattsville, was charged with first- and second-degree rape, as well as first- and second-degree assault, according to a statement from police.

Uh, if this was a school for kids with behavioral problems then why wasn't there some security or even security cameras with someone watching? Stuff like this can't be happening at schools. Someone should of heard it or seen it. I feel bad for the girl.
