Life in the Adult Lane

We may be having a Real estate Company coming out Thursday to sign paper work to put our property on the market and we learned about just yesterday afternoon. So now we are cleaning like mad and i have a ton of yard work to do tomorrow. Needless to say I will be grumpy and tired, but it has to be done. The property is commercially zoned and sits on about 5.5 acres so its worth a pretty penny. Enough to get us a new house and provide for my wife's family. (The house is in my Mother in laws name). Of course real estate isn't going real well right now so it may be sometime before it sells. Fine with me either way. A roof is a roof.

Sigh! Time to get back to cleaning.

Prices are down,too, so you may not get what it's worth. It's this fantastic economy.

Well get cracking... all the work you do now will pay off in the long run.... so I am told, we are going to sell as soon as the market picks up and we can get a decent price, and my son wants to finish high school before we move.... 3 more years for us..

Good luck! I hope the market picks up soon. Our home is in my inlaws name and I would like to either buy it ourselves or sell it and get away from New England.

Bryan, good luck getting everything ready for sale. Hopefully the property will sell quickly for a good price and the buyer will able to get financing.
